Now that I have moved to smoking one cigar per week I enjoy it immensely and get a great high from it.<br /><br />Likewise if I drink alcohol to intoxication more than twice a week I am subject to the law of diminishing returns--hence that is my maximum limit for alcohol use.<br /><br />Oh the great insanity is that the US regards any drug use at all or even mere possession as equal to addiction and requiring incarceration in a "treatment center" (most of which are 12 step religious brainwashing camps--but a few are even worse and are straight up torture therapy).<br /><br />This is nonsense.
